Pilates Reformer, Functional Strength Training

The 50-minute challenging, high-energy, class blends Pilates reformer with functional strength training, for a high-intensity variation on low-impact training.

Somatic breath work threads through the class for a total mind-body journey.

What To Expect

  • 50% of class on the reformer, 50% of the class on the floor-based mat work.

Sculpt

Core, Conditioning, Tone

The 50-minute class combination is half reformer pilates, half sculpt. The class emphasizes precise movement on the reformer, and light weights, and high repetition, on the floor.

Similar to the signature RE/GEN class, Sculpt also focuses on breath throughout the class.
