FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Welcome to your RE/GEN Method Experience.

Have some questions? Let’s see if we can help.

The Method

  • RE/GEN Method is a proprietary, low-impact, high returns, all-in-one fitness concept that blends the best of fitness modalities - the precision of pilates, the power of strength training, the breathwork of yoga — for immediate results and long term benefit. The high energy group classes build strength, flexibility, tone, and well-being in a music-bumping, dimply lit room. Our private training utilizes our signature method to offer one-on-one support.

  • We recommend attending 3-4 classes per week for optimal results.

If you’d like to take class more frequently, our classes are safe and effective for daily practice, giving you the flexibility to achieve your health and fitness goals on your terms.

  • The class can be adapted to your fitness and wellness goals. We help you select the weights you use and discuss any modifications you might want to bring into your practice.

With every class comes increased strength, mobility, and endurance, so we encourage everyone to go at their own pace.

  • In your first few classes, we will help you find a weight that works for you, based on your prior injury and your comfort level. We will pay close attention to your form to keep you safe and moving correctly.

If weights really aren’t your thing, start with our Sculpt class, which utilizes a lighter weight. Want a little extra help? You can always book a private session with one of our instructors to get oriented. Email privatetraining@regen-method.com for more.

  • No experience necessary!

We suggest you come a few minutes early to class and our instructors will introduce you to your reformer.

Please make sure you’ve filled out your intake form before class, and chatted with your instructor so we can make sure we make any adjustments based on your wellness needs.
